Barback/Busser – $18-$22/hr Part and Full Time
This role entails the responsibility to provide excellent, interactive, and knowledgeable service as well as help customers engage with the Four Quarters brand. Energy and passion are desired traits in potential candidates, as well as the ability to provide great customer service while operating in a fast paced environment. Bar backs/bussers are expected to assist bartenders in keeping on top of keg turnover, can restocking, food running, and clearing, sanitizing, and prepping empty tables. Familiarity with the current craft beer landscape is a bonus. This position has part time and full time opportunity.

Line Cook - $18-$22 Full Time
The Line Cook's primary responsibility is to help the preparation, display and storage of food and menu items. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Proper food storage
* Design visually appealing food displays
* Attending staff meetings to review the latest policies, procedures and menu changes
* Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Following sanitation and safety practices
* Staying current on culinary trends
* Prep work
* Quality assurance on any existing items
* Quality control
* Recipe development
* Kitchen cleanliness
* Reports to owner in conjunction with the Head Chef
* Working with our rooftop garden manager on using our own produce
* Working with Head Chef to source quality local ingredients
* Working with Head Chef on menu adjustments, daily specials development, and staff training.
